Essentially, this is a 90-day fully immersive program broken into 3 distinct elements which we call, “The Trinity Cycle” but more about that in a moment.

With over 40 years of real time experience we have been in the company of many truly great leaders (and actually some not so great) but one thing is crystal clear... Leaders are not born, they are created through experience and training.

That's why we have built this in-depth 90-day experience which will help you to build the skills necessary to become an effective leader with the flexibility to understand and absorb the latest academic thinking on the subject, whilst applying that to hands on applications and frameworks designed to help you be successful in this ever-changing environment.

• What does the course offer which others don’t and what is the format of the course program?

This is an opportunity for you to unlock the latest academic teachings (hot off my MBA studies, which cost me thousands by the way) allied with my 40+ years of real-world entrepreneurship experience. The 90-day course consists of a series of daily on-line lectures (some live, some pre-recorded) which sequentially open so that you are not overwhelmed. These lessons are each between 15-30 mins long all delivered in a motivational and energetic style and include frameworks, business models, worksheets and downloadable PDFs. There is around 20 hours of video content alone together with a weekly group coaching call and separate resources, all available to assist with the lecture content, including self-appraisal papers. 1 to 1 support is available via our WhatsApp Group and at the end of the program, you will also receive a Graduation Certificate!

• What is the time commitment and wilI I have lifetime access to the course?

Whilst this is designed as a 90-day program, we provide you with indefinite access from the date of purchase, so you may spread your learning over multiple months, or even refer back to it multiple times. So effectively you could set your own pace for completion, although we do recommend you dedicate time every week to go through the course curriculum which consists of a series of videos, activities, small assignments and group coaching which is naturally optional. Access to the latter and the WhatsApp support feature does come to an end after the initial 90 days however.

• What equipment, tools or experience will I need to complete the course?

Essentially just bring yourself and as long as you have IT access and can get online (ideally via a PC, laptop or iPad) then you are good to go. No past experience is necessary and anything you need in terms of course materials is supplied as downloads.

• Will I have to do everything alone?

Absolutely not, we want you to become part of a like-minded community but only if that’s the way you want it to be too. The group coaching calls are a perfect opportunity to share thoughts and experiences with your peer group and the support feature is available to you immediately.

• What level of investment am I making in myself with this course?

This 3-month immersive experience can change you and your business forever and the proven techniques, strategies and frameworks that are taught have done just that for me personally over the course of my working life. Literally 40 years’ worth of experience has gone into this piece of work, so what price would you pay for that. I was told that £10,000 for a 3-month course with this content would be a fair price and at some stage soon, it might well be charged out at that rate. However for now, I wanted to get this out to as many folks as possible, so I have slashed that by more than 75%...so I guess you can work that out 😊 

• Are payment plans available?

They are indeed and we are happy to accept 3 equal monthly payments with the first payment made upon enrolment.

• What if I am unhappy with things, do you issue refunds? 

Naturally, we want all our students to be delighted with the course. However, upon enrolment you agree to pay any applicable course fees and taxes (which can be paid in full in advance via debit or credit card, processed by Stripe and powered through the Teachable platform) although, we also offer the option of phasing payment over the term of the course at a modest premium. Group Coaching calls are provided as soon as you start the course and each week thereafter, which is also included within the course fees. We believe therefore, that you will very quickly appreciate the value provided but if you are unsure of anything, we suggest that you take our payment plan option from which you can opt out at any time. Beyond that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All fees and applicable taxes, if any, are payable in United Kingdom Pounds Sterling (GBP).
